You don't understand fully. Raping wife of your friend, brother, neighbor is not a crime in Afghanistan. And raping of Afghanistan women's by the soldiers of different countries who are fighting the Taliban is also not a crime as per Islamic law.

I went to Jamia Millia 5 years back. There were posters like Free Kashmir of Indian imperialism. I was shocked.
