Nobody can object to filing case against Varun under relevant law for hate speech if at all he made any such speech and law should take its own course. But, slapping NSA against him is patently gross abuse by Maya of the law and it is these acts by some selfish politicians which make people argue against making laws to tackle serious crimes against the nation. It is pity these politicians and Govt Babus who abuse the laws go unpunished. People should rise against these people who abuse the law and should demand that NSA should be slapped on the politicians & Govt officials who abuse the law to secure advantages of vote bank politics or patronage of politicians in power. In fact, wise secular minded should advise the minority community not to vote for these politicians since such acts lead to polarisation of votes on communal lines and pose danger to secularisn in the country.
Just go to any tribal villages and ask anybody about Mahatma gandhi... everybody will tell, "Gandhi is like god". So Mr Everconfused/doubting Thomas, have you ever thought that one who is educated well can speak about our idol Gandhi in such a low manner. Everybody in the country may argue against M.Gandhi but no body speaks in such a low manner. It is comman sense some holigans from Rahul group wants to taint him. Compare the talency, Varun is far far better than Rahul. He will become PM soon. Idiot like you support Idiot
Any person who is under arrest will accept anything to get out of jail. He is been pressurized. Just in jail for 2 days you realise what it is to stay in room without fan, mosquittos as your friends, food on ordinary jail plate and getting locked in a small room for 18 hours a days. Its true he can be holding high offices one day..... Indian democracy has a tradition of terrorist to hold hight offices stance is there in a system where a state minister can openly justify murder and still allowed to cling to his office ...

BTW, did you watch headlines today, yesterday BJP's Naveen Kohli made Ambika Soni cry in a debate. Prabhunath Singh of JDU says that no Biharis understand Sonia, even he find sit difficult to understand her.

Its evident here in these forums as well. Majority (not everyone) of the ones against BJP are crude, crass, vulgar and use cheap tactics to prove their points. Chaddi talk seems to be their only weapon.

SIT has claimed that Teesta Setalvad has falsified affidavits and exaggerated claims of the atrocities. This is shameful coming from a Padma Shri recipient. The deafening silence proves the complicity of the media with the Congress party.
