Re: Infringement of fundamental Rights of a TRUE Indian
by Ram Sharma on Apr 16, 2009 03:50 PM
You are right! Hindus have been reduced to the status of second class citizens by successive Congi govt misrule.
First mistake was to allow the kmuzlims to stay back in India after 15 Aug 1947.
Second blunder was to acceptthe muzlim infested kashmis valley as part of India.( Only jammu and ladakh should have been allowed to merge)
Third was to have an atheist Hindu hater Pt. Nehru as the PM.
Other blunders are article 370, haj subsidy, madarsas, reservation for SC/ST/OBC, appeasement of minorities especially muzlims at the cost of Hindus.

All Indians should vote for BJP to save India and save Hinduism!

Varuns arrest under NSA is a clear case of victimisation and political oppurtunism of Mayavathi and silent support of Congress.Time and again varun has denied the sppech was derogatory and the case was fabricated but the Congress agent Election Commissioner is bent upon spoiling any chances for BJP to come back to power and he prooved his loyality to Italian boss.If hindus are not united and Hindu religous leaders keep their silence then India will become another Afghan.Spiritual leaders like Sri Sri Ravisankar, mata Amrithanandamayi,Sankaracharya and others should either speak right now against this attrocities or go back to Himalayas instead of exploiting the sentiments of people and making money from poor Hindus

What difference does it make? If they wished Kasab would be on the death row by now, they only had to declare him as an Enemy Alien, try him and put him on the row, but no They wanted to milk Kasab for votes and now keep watching what more will be given to him.
This guy has been coached completely by an Indian, he knows every thing about our laws.

other countries are moving out of such system and they are in the forefront. if we divide by religion then the next in india will be of language,, no end to that kind of divisions...

Remarks of Mr Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Mr Kapil Sibal of the Congress Party after Supreme Court's order for release of Varun Gandhi on parole are most reprehensible and in bad taste. They are amused at the plight of a youngster who has been placed in detention under a draconian law. Both of them will be trying to hide from the media after the poll results as their party will be reduced to double digits. The imposition of NSA on Varun Gandhi has set a very dangerous precedent and the Congress with it's tacit support to this imposition will have to pay a heavy political price in future.

For one person who has no previous record of any type of crime or breach of any peace the Media makes a hue and cry and both central and state governments treat him danger to country. He is released on parole like a murderer. But a number of criminals who have been convicted and agaist whom charge sheets have been filed in various corts neither the media nor others make any mention. Is it not a prejudiced and biased approach and an attempt to influnce the opinion of general public in a way that suits certain vested interests. No advices, cautions to parties who field such criminals and undertrials but in case of Varun the theory of treating a person innocent untill proved guilty/convicted is convinientely forgotten. Lalu who openly thretens to kill Varun by crushing him ubder road roller is not taken up at all by any one including the media as vociferously as in case of Varun.Whata fair jdgmnt

Mohd. Mailer..,Release of Varun is indicative of the fact that there is justice in India, unlike your muzlim countries!
This also is a slap on the vindictive dalit govt of BSP and the muzlimi Cong govt of MMS who had very highhandedly slapped NSA on varun.

Use of NSA itself was wrong
by Lopesh S on Apr 16, 2009 02:56 PM

NSA says "with a view to preventing him from acting in any manner prejudicial to the security of the State or from acting in any manner prejudicial to the maintenance of Public order or from acting in any manner prejudicial to the maintenance of supplies and services essential to the community it is necessary so to do, make an order directing that such person be detained."With due respect to Supreme Court, if they feel comfortable in releasing Mr. Varun Gandhi even in this atmosphere of election, it means they believe public order can be maintained without his detention. Then why parole? NSA detention itself is wrong and should have been quashed.Mr Signhvi's language is taunting and will only hurt feelings and put oil in fire. He should be booked under NSA now
