Naxalism is a big puzzle for me. Their force is pretty violent and very effective, and yet they don’t use popular media or any other social means to maintain control. Here are some of the interesting aspects of the movement: 1) The movement is well funded and yet no one knows the source of funds. 2) Their operations are limited to the mineral rich areas of India. 3) The movement started immediately after the nationalization movement; that means the naxal movement started immediately after the Govt. has taken over the banks, mines and major industries from private individuals/multinationals.
IT somehow appears that naxals are protecting the precious minerals and mines until the private individuals return.
To fight the menace of naxalism we have to kill the ideaolgy which feeds the naxals. That is left wing of political spectrum. CPI/CPM and its sister organisations don't believe in democracy -for them might is right and if some peole don't agree with them those are labled as fascists. You have to tackle this stream of thinking if Naxalism has to be wiped out. It thrives on wide gaps between haves and have nots. the growing disparity between poor and rich ,developed and underdevolped , has to be addressed .Otherwise these poor people will continue to be brainwashed and misguided by the hardliners . we need sincere efforts and not the games played by congress and its allies
That is why GOVT does not care. After all lthey kill poor people who are a burden on the nation and th erich guys who dont support them.So the GOVt is very happy.
We need socialism with some private enterprize. It does not mean huge public sectors with goon trade unions. Abolish trade unions but incorporate socialism.
In the last 60 years politicians looted public money, corruption is every where. People problem povery not solved, almost 80% living below Rs.20 per day income.
Politicians say we will developed country within 10 - 20 years, only 20% rich people will become more rich remaining 80% will suffer under poverty.
Now all the political parties announcing they will give free rice, electricity, tv and so on. Where they will give, how long they will give. Money is not invested for creating the job, politicians don't have any long forecast.
In India every state act like Independent country, no support between them, each state fight with other for various problems such water, land and many.
Due to all social problems, (Kashmir, Nagaland, Manipur, Assam) separist movement, Maoist problems India can't survive as a Single country for longer time. India will break like Soviet Russia may be 20 years term.

Naxals has no religion like Talibans,no race like LTTE....they fight for equality.....they believe and know that few people for their own purpose devide human being and the world into Country,race,religion,caste,region.

one way to tackle this is DISCARD Communists in the elections and choose only Congress or BJP in the Center. The tendency to resort to violence is being practised by ALL the politicians and only this has led to this situation, so private armies by all the politicians must be disbanded.
First of all ban and destroy CPM,CPI & other communist parties who never believe in democracy but use it to spread its tentacles.Then teach congress a stern lesson which is extremely oppurtunist,BJP trying to be the carbon copy of Congress,regional parties--the narrowminded ones. If we could be able to medicate them as per their ailments,entire scenario will change. But if the people of a particular state celebrate at the defeat of India ,mind it not at the victory of India,against South Africa in a Test match simply because one player [and former captain too] was not included in the side or included but not given captaincy ----How can we progress?
