The question is that we know that afzhal guru is involved in parliament attack and we are not ready to hang them along with others who are on queue... Why clemency is allowed for these terrorist...? Afzal guru hang will atleast tell this world that we are committed to kill terrorism...that's the purpose

Not really, but would set an example. BTW, why Rajeev's killers would be hanged ? They did a fine job by killing the biggest traitor of India. They should be honored with Bharat Ratna.

Hanging will instill fear among people who try or even think of attacking India.
The scriptures have mentioned - Bhaya bhakthi karanena purushartha prapthi. The purusharthas (Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha) can be attained only by Bhaya (Fear of wrong doing) and Bhakthi (Devotion)
1)First of all Congress should apologise for stating that they will set-up fast-track trial for terrorists.It's like a laughing stock,completely shameless and absurd for congress to do that.They have absolutely no connection in punishing the suspected muslim terrorist even when supreme court gives their judgement to hang one of the terrorist.
2)Can congress say prodly that they have punished the culprits of Delhi,Jaipur,Ahmedabad,Assam,etc blasts???Certainly not???They can do that only by rasisng media hype in culprits of malegaon blasts.
3)Why did notorious congress deactivated POTA law and with some stupidity say at the ELECTION TIME that they will bring new laws.Wat sort of party congress is???Relenthlessly idiosyncrotic!!!!!!!!!

No criminal ever confesses to his/er crime till prosecution has so much of evidence against him that confession is almost redundant.
Confession is resorted by criminals to seek Mercy and get reduced sentence.
BUT IN POTA, TADA situation changes !!
There is NO Evidence with prosecution other than confession illicited under torture. Even that confession is gone back upon by accused in the courts !!
HOW CAN SUCH CONFESSION BE ACCEPTABLE ??
