As Congress plans to promote Rahul as their youth icon, BJP has the candidate who can take on Rahul in the youth icon category. Hence, trying to finish his political career. Dirty politics by Congress. When they are unable to fight the right way (elections), they are using such dirty tricks.
The judicial officers of the Apex Court may well note that they should pass orders and not ask for assurances that someone would "behave", ask some State Govt. official/minister for "assurances" etc. The judicial officers are burdened as such anyway and their orders are to be followed and complied with.

What development you are talking about? When congress on heading the government in 1980s, BJP was against globalization. When BJP formed government they supported that.....Whats this?
Where is the Ram mandir that they promised.....dont trust a party that comes to power based on creating hatred amongs community.
They also opposed the nuclear deal....what the hell...they said we will slightly modify and get it signed-off.
