I know Mr.Rao personally. A man of impeccable integrity and honesty. He is so simple and down to earth person. Only after his election as Mayor, visakhapatnam has developed. He beautified the beach road which is thronged by several people every day now. He is a native of vizag and deserves a term in Parliament to put forth grievances of city of destiny. If we elect a non-localite, i am afraid they would repeat what previous N.Janardhan Reddy did. I saw in an interview on TV some time back, Mr.Janardhan Reddy was asking one of his colleagues which constituency does he represent. Such is the behaviour of non locals. If we elect non-locals, they will never come back to city again Hope DV Subba Rao will win this time
