As you may have heard "Kanoon Andha Hota Hai".So the SC judges can not take suo moto cognizance of any such thing. Some body have to file a petition to attract their attention. It is a pity.
No one chooses the faith one is born into, as it is an accident of birth. Every community unit/family follwing a religion or cult has a set of value systems which the child absorbs and accepts as he/she grows up. Religion then becomes part of a person's identity. Whenever there is a conflict, you would logically support your family, isnt it? Some faiths like Hin duism or Bud dhism are more of a broadbased culture than a strict theological religion. On the other hand, Is lam, Chri stianity, Ju daism, etc are theological in nature and the holy books are supposed to be divine and the word of god. Because of its monotheistic nature and adherence to the holy book, dissent or diverse viewpoints are frowned upon. Chri stianity and Ju daism have however become more liberal and tolerant over the passage of time and the advent of science and rationalistic thought. But Is lam has remained spectacularly insular and in fact become more radical like the Wa habi/De obandi or Tal iban brand of radical, rabidly fundamental and brutally twisted form of Is lam which has led to bloodshed and ruin. Some of the greatest evils in the world have been commited by people in the name of religion! BLIND faith is one of the world's great evils and more so when Religion teaches that life is not worth living. Anyday a pluralistic and assimilative culture is superior to any exclusivist religion which professes to have the only true god and know the absolute truth!

No matter what you follow but this is the fact that Every society has insane people who commit atrocities in the name of the ideology that they believe in.
One thing you should realize about religion is:
The creator doesn't benefit or lose anything by us following or not following the guidance given to us by him. It is we who benefit or lose. So no religion ever teaches to againt the people whom you live it is the work of ignorant, bigoted people, criminals who have nothing to do with religion.

There are many points. I will request to all good leaders of both parties ,please this nation is ours. Give ticket to only those who is real leaders and right person. Money is not everything.
