by computerisation their job will become tougher
by Shantharam Handa on Apr 14, 2009 09:55 AM

By computerization project management become more efficient and indulging corruption becomes tougher. This may be the problem of all politicians and government officials. This guy is telling it openly but I am sure many other politicians also want the same.

Why Mulayam's son studied in Australia?
by Sateesh on Apr 14, 2009 09:54 AM  | Hide replies

This is hieght of hypocracy. Why Mulay had to spent hundred of thousands of dollar for his son's education in Australia in English? He could have studied in Hindi at home.

Computers & Mulayam
by parameswaran K on Apr 14, 2009 09:54 AM

Mulayam who is illiterate and does not understand a language other than Hindi cannot talk anything better. For that matter, most of the MPs/MLAs in the country (barring those belonging to the southern part of the country, Maharashtra and Gujarat) to whom Laptops have been provided, do not even know how to open it. Majority of these lap tops are being used by their wards for playing games or most of them have sold off the same for a pittance. How can you expect Mulayam anything better. The only qualified person in his clan is Amar Singh, but unfortunately he is in the wrong company. Mulayam should be debarred from contesting and NSA slapped on him for being a hindrance to national progress and prosperity. K. Parameswaran

Enough of computerisation in the country, reiterates Mulayam
by raman govindan on Apr 14, 2009 09:53 AM  | Hide replies

we can close all the rice mills, sugar mills, textile mills and implement hand pounding of rice, wheat, use the old bullocks driven sugar cane juice made sugar, and hand spin and handloom weave cloth the traditional way. also autos and taxis should be banned in cities for local trips and employ man pulling rikshaws, that should put millions on the road to fruitful employment. we can close all the printing presses and use hand written news paper, school/college text books. ban cement concrete and multistory buildings and use the clay and sand for building huts living. all the above measures in addition to employment generation will be environment friendly. these measures will prove to be beneficial, when the oilwells dry up and automobiles stop moving and power plants stop generating.

UTTER Rubbish
by Pravin Agrawal on Apr 14, 2009 09:53 AM  | Hide replies

Has he gone mad? India is the only country in the world who had facilitated world to migrate their system in the late 90's to overcome the problem of Y2K. IT and computers have created millions of jobs. In the mid 80's almost all the trade unions were against the computerisation in the banks. Now the same trade unions are asking for more automation in the banking industry.

I think he has fear in talking to ENGLISH and that's why he is against English. English is language of WORLD. As we should know the regional language it should be compulsory to know the world's common language. Even the most socialist country like CHINA is moving towards learning English to meet the world demand, and our so called leaders want the Indian youths to go into holes.

I request all the Indians not to support any such thought of any leader. It is absurd and has no base to sustain. It will back track us atleast by five decades and all the problems which we could solve in these years will errupt in great magnitude.

We should keep our eyes open and see the expample of few of orthodox countries in nearby areas. They all are under great pressure of unemployment and poverty. The unemployed youths than divert to do unlawful and wrong things which ultimately leads to terrorism, which is a slow poision for health of society and the nation.

Finally, I request you not to get lured by the false promises or unethicle menifesto of such mindless peoples party and let them face defeat in the election.

He reminds me of the "Khmer Rouge" massacre of Cambodia (Google it, and u can get complete details). If such leaders are allowed to be *alive*, they will simply ruin the country.
