Though Chandrababu Naidu was great administrator of Andhra Pradesh. He could not manage masses, his team member Yanamala Ramakrishnudu ruined his political career buy not allowing giving correct picture of growing resentment among Govt. empolyees and Farmers... Few sops then whould have given him chance then and now too...
However things have changed now... people are accustomed to freebees.......any thing they get free is welcome...people of Andhra have shortsightedness they are unable to look beyond freebees, cine glamour... and this is going to reflect in the election 2009. Congress can again come to power.... courtesy PRP.. Chiranjeevi will help congress make its way...
The good news is that there are certain quarters in the City of Hyderabad who think beyond these politics.... they know what is good.. and so they would like to support a new party called LOKSATTA...the party without glamour and money power.... yet enriched with educated and lead by former IAS officer.

Yes, I too prefer BJP to any other party at Center. However, I'm afraid of any Ram/Shiv/Bajrang... fanatics who take the law for granted under BJP's governance. In simple words, BJP's Hindutva is good but not the moral policing, especially by goons and rowdies... who doesnt even know the Ramayan, Mahabharat, Bhagavadgita properly...
I am in from Andhra working in kolkata Here When i told to one of my colleague that I am from AP, he responded "CHANDRA BABU NAIDU's" state. I was shocked because YSR is present CM of AP and people here still remember Chandra Babu , but not YSR.

TDP's votebank is Hindus. There is negligent number of muslim and Christians voters for TDP. TDP is going to support BJP at the Centre for Govt. formation.

I differ with what you say. Mr. Naidu has taken a note of this and hence have not formed an alliance with BJP. However, he knows the greater importance of keeping Congress from taking the power seat.
Your agenda, monthly pay for lower status, TV and pay until employment, power supply, free education, health scheme, should reach masses. and should be IN A MORE PRESENTABLE MANNER. I.E. MAKE PEOPLE TO LISTEN TO YOUR SCHEMES.
PERSON, WHO WIN MASSES ARE THOSE WHO CAN PRESENT WELL BEFORE PUBLIC, AND PEOPLE ARE ATTRACTED TO LISTEN. NTR IS ONE EXAMPLE.
the situation is very unpredictable in andhra; congress has the backing of reddy and brahmin votes; tdp has kamma votes; chiranjeevi's praja rajyam has all the kapu votes which were earlier with congress; minorities and backward classes were always with congress; however this time muslims would continue with congress while christians and other back ward castes will be with chiranjeevi. On the whole we should say congress' loss is chiranjeevi's gain; tdp will not see major change from last election as they do not have righ people to lead; naidu lost his fame and to compensate he brought in all his relatives from film world who are pulling huge crowds but no body to vote; TDP will not get more than 30-40 seats and this also seems doubtful; congress would manage around 100-120 and chiranjeevi 80-100; but these are highly unpredictable

Please wake up!!!Mr. Naidu's charm is not a thing that fades away.Congressmen are having a tough time convincing people at most of the places.Except those who had benefited from Congress' corrupt governance in these 5 yrs, no one wants Congress to come back.To be very frank, being a Telugu, I would say if CONGRESS makes it to the Power Seat in succession, all TELUGITES should be ashamed.
