Educated, yes. Rational, no. That's a mile distance Sir. Kerala, despite being a educated state, is divided along caste and religious fault line. Prolly gentlemen outside may not know, But we know right? Guys...I am still undecided to whom should I vote although I like the manifesto of BJP where they have so much about IT sector and Telecommunication. Also they are considering about National Idenity Card which is really good and can be linked to all the government departments including Passport, PAN Card, Online Tax Service, Driving Licence etc.

Change the rule, offer subsidy only to those families who have only 2 kids, otherwise no subsidy
