NO DIALOGUE WITH PAKISTAN UNLESS THEY DISPLAY MORAL TURPITUDE
by Pradip Mazumder on Apr 11, 2009 10:40 AM  | Hide replies

We should never re-establish the dialogue unless Pakistan displays exemplary evidences to fight back Taliban, the fountainhead of terrorism. HARANGUE IS NO POLITICS- DR KALAM AND PM MANMOHAN SINGH AMPLY DEMONSTRATED THEIR SUPERIRIOR INTELLECTUAL ABILITIES TO CONTRIBUTE - ONE TECHNOLOGICALLY AND THE OTHER ECONOMICALLY. OUR PROGRESS WILL BE STUNTED LIKE A BONSAI UNLESS WE MAKE PROPER USE OF ECONOMICS AND TECHNOLOGY. MOREOVER, BOTH SHOWED SUPERIOR MORALITY IN POLITICS AS COMPARED TO THE SHOUTING BRIGADE.

Double game
by sidhartha dash on Apr 11, 2009 10:36 AM  | Hide replies

One side Govt. is saying that they are not interested to talk with Pakistan, so long action has not been taken by Pak Govt. on 26/11 culprits and other hand they are not taking any action against Afzal Guru, who has been sentenced for capital punishment.

Why this double standard? Is it the vote Bank politics or some thing else?

for the simple reason that there is not enough legal proof to hang afzal guru.
AG agreed to it first, then turned hostile, it was very easy to prove in court that AG knew the perps but not what they were doing.
it is just about the same as you know your neighbours well, but do you know thier day to day and every detailed activity they do?
Regarding porkistan, you have to agree as it is crystal clear what is our strategy:
1. prove to the world porkistan's complicity oin terrorist activity
2. prove to the world the price countries pay for collabrating with porkistan
3 prove porkistan only blabs and does not act at all
4 prove that india will not be part of a charade and if we have to come to the table, the international community has to put in more effort else india cannot be balmed for the action it takes!

After waiting so long no country can blame india of acting hastily if it does take up precise military strikes! I am waiting for the day we let loose our missiles on the pignation.

If Afzal Guru has not enough evidence then he should be released and allow him to fight election under any secular party and at the same time we should not blame Pakistan that they are doing nothing to the culprits of 26/11. Because to get evidence is equally dificult for them like our Govt.

wrong again! we do not have proof to hang him...but well enuf to keep him in prison till the end of time! thats what i like about congress...they dont just talk, they do the job and keep mum about it bcoz legally nobody can touch what they are doing....at least they do something more than just talking!!
and i am surprised at your comments on porkistan! you have to be reall naive! yes that they cud not stop it coz they did not know, but when they had the main culprits under " house arrest" they still cud not get any details? and now they are saying they have found (meant to be fabricated|) proof of india hand in the sri lanka attackes???
come on...who are u kidding mr dash!

Hanging of convicts follows a proper sequence. Almost like First in - First out.

There are almost 27 cases pending for hanging.

If Mr Advani had expediated few cases during his tenure, may be Afzal Guru's case would have come by now.

But Mr Advani or legal exper Jaitley does not explain that to you.

I am sure you do not believe that Mr Advani is not aware of the law of land where he has been a Home Minister.

It just that Shri Shri Rathyatri Advani chooses to to twist fact like a petty roadside politician while talking about issues.

If you do not believe me then please check up with a decent lawyesr.

What negotiations would you have done regarding the 26/11? Were you even approached for that? Grenades were thrown into Leopold's -what negotiation would you have done there? Taj attackers didnt negotiate anything. Trident Oberoi was attacked but no negotiation talks...same with Nariman House.
What negotiations are you talking about?

What was the number of people dead?
Number of people tortured (news suppressed as usual)? How many guys caught? ONE.

Where THE HELL does the question of negotiations come from? Let a real negotiation situation arise and then we will see your 'dum'

Ms Kaur ,

There was a hostage situation and negotiation situation too and Terrorists were trying to speak with Israel embassy ( Nariman House ) and all of it is part of public domain info . But , it seems like you never bothered to go thru all that . You just want to believe everything that Mr Advani says . Please do some research before you do your posts .

Read thru the whole post before shooting in comments.
And we havent had the chance to talk to Advani about it. So peace. ;)
