It is incredible that the CBI has given a clean chit to the Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. To expect the investigating agency to act freely without interference from the government of the day is definitely a remote possibility. The government must therefore come clean in the matter to assure the victims that the law will take its course and the guilty will be brought to justice.
President: --------- Look at the way we have brought a disciplined president. The previous man - kalam - appointed by BJP used to ask several questions before signing the bills, documents. We have brought an obedient, rubberstamp who never bothers to look at the document. In fact she is so disciplined that she has given us blank signed papers to me. See how disciplined a president we have. CEC: --- Kudos to the CEC I have brought. A man who is willing to do anything to please me. A man who obediently passes of all the insider information from the Election Commission thru wash room Can any other Party bring such a disciplined CEC?? CBI Director: ------------ We have got a Robotic CBI director. On my direction he has allowed the Bofors accused to escape. On my direction he has booked mulayam under corruption case. Again, when mulayam budges, on my direction he is ready to withdraw the charges.
Supreme Court: My next target ------------------------------ My next target is to discipline the SC. With rampant corruption in judiciary it is not very difficult
if he retires at 2015 he is 1973 bach IAS at the time of recuritment he must be minimum 21 years so according to this data he would be retire on 63 years. So either he would have been selected at age of 18 years for IAS or He must have fake Birth Certificate. Or earlier age for IAS selection would have been 18 years. Whaich one is correct ??? If his birth certificate is fake he must be suspened and arrested and his PF and all money must be forfitted immediately. somebody please take up this matter.
The Chawla episode is took a curious turn with the Union law minister’s remark that Chawla is tipped to be the next CEC and this is like rubbing salt in the wound.
It is inconceivable that a person deemed to be unfit for an EC’s job because of his alleged partiality to a party in power, is suddenly found to be the most eligible candidate for the CEC by the ruling establishment. Is it not politics of the worst kind to derive political mileage during the forthcoming general elections by having a pliable CEC at the helm during the crucial period
It is a very piquant situation now with the controversy brewing in the EC. Should the Government decide to brazen it out, it will invite accusations of complicity.
The ruling party, the Congress, is the apparent gainer from Chawla’s alleged bias. Can it then be expected to hurt itself by agreeing to remove him? There are two possible routes out of this conundrum. First, the government can release Gopalaswami’s letter and place before the country his case against Chawla, and rebut that evidence. This will imply that the Centre doesn’t believe the CEC. The second option is more agreeable that Chawla steps down.
i am a name sake of the present Cec.appoint me as next EC as i also have the same tendency of going to the toilts whenever there is something important to be under discussion.so with similar traits i can also be an elelction commissioner.

Congress has completely destroyed every democratic institution in this country. PM Manmohan Singh saved his chair by bribing 25 crores to each MP during last confidence motion. Now the congress is supporting chawla. Chawla's name is infamous for being a henchman of Sanjay Gandhi, and his excessess during emergency are well documented in the Shah commission report set up by the Morarji Desai led Janta Party government. That emergency, in essence was anti democratic and that Chawla was its supported indicates that he has no right to be in EC which is the highest democratic instituion in the country. The remarks by Bhardwaj are absolutely disgrace. How can he speak against person who heads the August body. This is Congress gutter journalism at its best. As usual the media is supporting the wrong doings of the congress.

Now time have come the election commission must be cross check from income tax department, because govt have required money, hence must be cover of such paricipating candidates to varified their assests from income tax department first.
Why Income Tax dept harass only waged employees? Why can't they inquire about Politicians? We people earn in many crucial circumstances but still they want us to pay IT at time and fine us for default but those politicians do not have any such thing, at least for this issue, I must get into Politics... People can be fooled easily, they just talk but wont do anything like what's happening in Thailand.
