If we do not follow Jesus, we are not Christians:
by Fiona Lobo on Apr 10, 2009 01:53 PM  | Hide replies

If we do not follow Jesus, we are not Christians:

If you say Hitler has commited crimes, many violence happened, many groups in Christainity blah blah. Let me tell you that most of them do not follow JESUS teachings. By calling Christain means "I am Chrsit". That means I have to live like Christ. You you do not follow Jesus teaching in deed and in its real spirit, I am sorry we cannot be called Christians.

People have commited genociedes everywhere. In fact they cannot claim to follow any saintly and spititual persons. Even the rogue groups which preach violnce and hate cannot be follower of true faiths. In fact what they do and preach is a new religion. Sorry, this is what is happening in India.

Doubt is good. Even Thomas Doubted Jesus.
by Fiona Lobo on Apr 10, 2009 01:39 PM  | Hide replies

Doubt is good as it leads to more inquisitive study and hence more enlightenment. I am severly doubtful and thats why i was blasting some guys yesterday about their faith.

Our thinking is limited and we have to draw a line somewhere. We try to push ourselves forward in undersatnding various forces of nature including spiritual. Our struggle is on to undersatnd cosmos of knowldege and events. But we are mortal, biologically structured brains and thermodynamically ageing beings. We suffer memory loss, and are constraned to think beyond a point because the available tools like language have limitations. If you have problem in accepting some of the historical events, you can ignore it according to your limited intelliegence and undersatnding. No one will ask you to believe blindly. First we should get convinced of what we believe and also most of the time spiritual matters are purely personal and individual experiences rather than a commodity to convince these feelings to others. To certain extent we can communicate our feelings but we can never convey all becuase of short commings in communication. I dont have any probelm in accepting teachings of Jesus and his way of life. Other issues like wireless birth and some intellecual speaking by guys here may not be so important. It depends on what is important for us. So lets be clear about what is needed and rather than worrying about unimporatnt issues. LEave those to individual judgements.

Fiona....You are never in doubt, one glance at your page and the whole truth comes out.
You give lame excuses to save yourselves the trouble of answering us.
If your sow the wind, you will reap the whirlwind.
Never forget this, you pray 50 times a day to jesus, no problems with it. Dont expect others to do it....THIS IS CALLED BEING A SECULAR PERSON.
Not the perverted view you have.

Fiona (or whoever you are),

Your arguement applies to you too.
Just go back to your earlier postings and check how you stared abusing other shortcomings of Hinduism.

Nobody doubts Jesus or others. It is people like you who are confused and give contradictory statements, make us feel that Jesus never existed.
If you doubt other religions then surely tehy will doubt yours.
Its a give and take phenomenon. Isn't it?

Why people hate Jesus ?
by Fiona Lobo on Apr 10, 2009 01:18 PM  | Hide replies

Conversion is bad ?? MOney bad ??

Whatever more or excess you have, share with those who do not have. Many have lot of wealth and are blessed with gifts and talents whereas there are many who do not have one square meal of food to eat. There are haves and have nots. We are taught to share with others. The place where Jesus message has not reached let it reach. Be an example first by being a true follower of Christ. His life is his message.

As you firmly believe in your father and mother who has done everything good for their children. You will never forsake them and follow in their shadow. Same way there is nothing wrong in following Jesus because we will see only goodness around if we truly follow Jesus.

YES CONVERTING H1NDUS WITH FALSE PROMISES IS EVIL, what your evil missionaries are doing is horrible.
You bribe a poor person to convert to Xtianism, is this you call the greatness of your religion? I thought Conversion is only voluntary.
You double speaking b1tch, I thank the BJP, who have decided to investigate the funds the missionaries get and the manner in which conversions happen.
IT IS WRONG TO CONVERT BY PAYING SOMEBODY...THAT IS BRIBERY....
