We have politicians who create regional and religious hatred to become politicians; politicians who oppose good projects like Tata Nano for political gains.As most voters in India are uneducated and under educated - they can be easily provoked by religious and regional hatred etc. Many politicians target such people to get their votes. Only very few of the educated who can judge the politicians, actually vote. Just criticising our political system and politicians is not going to bring a change. We can bring a change by voting for the right person and persuading/educating people around you to vote for the right person. Loksatta is the only party which has good principles and agenda and led by a very good statesman Dr.Jayapraksh Narayan (Former IAS). It is the only party which supports and opposes government based on policies instead of bluntly opposing government like other opposition parties. I request all of you to vote and encourage people around you to vote.
Please Please check this blog "loksatta-india" to know how worse our politicians are and great ideologies of Loksatta If we don't support people with right principles they will become extinct in politics then only hatred will rule.

I second your opinions, we educated people should actively campaign for losatta. I hope JP receives many request from WB, and hope he is successful in bangalore and Mumbai too.

Dr Singh is a noted economist and a person of strong work ethics. But his personal qualification is no answer to the needs of the country, which has been ruined by his party. Can he or congress answer:
1) If congress claims he brought the country to the path of prosperity through liberalization in 1991, can they admit and aplogize for the wrong direction they were taking for the first 45 years after independence.
2) Congress claims to be secular. In one of his published speeches, Singh told 'Muslims must have first claim on resources'. If you are secular, how can you differentiate based on religion
3) Congress filed an affidavit in Supreme Court questioning the existence of Ram and Ramayana is a fiction. Can you do the same for other religions also, if you are secular.
4) There are parties which are open only to one community and you are hand in glove with those parties which were the cause of the partition of India. Still how you call yourself secular?
5) The left which is giving certificate have done this in Kerala recently: i) Monthly pension for Madrasa teachers ii) Announced they will open coaching centres for minority community students to prepare them for competitive examinations iii) Will constitute a minority wellfare body for the well being of minority community.
Why differentiate people on religion and then give secular title to yourself through your influence of Media?
Let these pseudo-secular forces be exposed by the people.

Yessir, this saint- this same "Mr Clean", is the same guy who didn't bat an eye when it came to paying Rs25 Crore to MPs across the aisle to vote for him in Parl; this same saint, who inducted countless criminals into his 'coalition' and even into his very own cabinet. Soon he'll apply to Rome for his sainthood, and Mamma Sophi will talk to the Papa and have him canonized Saint Two-Emms (and and he'll throw in an "S" for good behavior). Integrity my foot! This guy's has as much integrity as an overflowing latrine.
Congress should not have given ticket to Tytler in the first place.
Giving him opportunity to fight the polls is an insult to the Sikh community.
Congress is now rethinking on Tytler's candidature (purely) on the basis of electoral calculation and not because he was (allegedly) involved in the riots.

a goodness certificate from a communist is a kiss of death. congress says mmsingh is a great leader. but the man can't face the people. when he has faced people in past, the people have rejected him. so, if he had integrity, his unelectedness would pack the bags.
Farmers suicide, starvation deaths, price rise, unemployment, job loss, share market down, bomb blasts every where in the country, Islamic Terrorism in the peak, creation of mini Pakistan and mini Bangladesh inside India by successive govts. of congress and UPA for vote, crores of Bangladeshi and Pak intruders were given vote Identity cards and citizen ship in India who are vote bank of congress/UPA, Kashmir pandits are living other parts of India as refugees. These are the main achievements of Congress for the last 55 years.
The wind has already started in favour of BJP/NDA. This time BJP alone will cross 200 mark.

Dont blame MMS, the Gandhis are rich and powerful inspite of being extremely corrupt because of the stupid people of India. MMS is a good man nevertheless. Everyone knows that the italian has millions stashed in swiss banks and Rahul Baba is a idiot but still they are worshiped.
