In their minds and heart, the anti-Sikh riots are JUSTIFIED. In all these years, when they could, they RAMMED the names of Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Singh, down the throats of the Sikhs, and all those who protested the anti-Sikh pogrom.
That pogrom was DELIBERATE, it was PLANNED, it was SYSTEMATIC, and it was ALLOWED TO RUN ITS COURSE over 3 days. To all the moder ch -d Congressis, who keep coming up with alibis, excuses and rationales, the Chief of Army, the Chief of the Indian Armed Forces Staff, CRP, SRPF, BSF, are all stationed in Delhi. You moder ch ds, what prevented this Government, now manipulated by the foreign widow of the then Prime Minister, from picking up the phone and telling the Army, "Go out into the streets of Delhi, and stop this blood-letting now"

The men who broke the back of the insurgency were Sikhs, KPS Gill and other Punjab Police officers. There was an episode after BlueStar, when 'atankvadi' Sikhs once again entered the Golden Temple to try and continue from where Jarnail Singh Bindranwale had left off. Elite members of Punjab Police, with snipers, took out some of these jokers and the rest fled into the precincts of the Golden Temple. They were bottled up there for days, d unable to come out for fear of getting a bullet in their heads. They ended up hiding like rats, defiling the holy precincts of the Golden Temple. If, as you say, that 1000s Hindus were killed in Punjab, the Sikh community did not acquiesce in it. If they did, it would have been more like the Marathas have acquiesced in the Shiv Sena and MNS acts of omission and commission.

A white ambassador car reportedly belonging to him came 4 times to the G.T. Road area near Azadpur. Instructions to mobs indulging in arson were given from inside the car.
5. Dharam Das Shastri, Cong. (I) M. P. from Karol Bagh. Reported to becarrying voters list with him at Prakash Nagar for identification of Sikhs. On November 5, according to newspaper reports, he along with other Congress-I leaders tried to pressurize the SHO of Karol Bagh Police Station to release the persons who arrested during the police raids to recover looted property.

11. Jagdish Chander Tokas, Member of Municipal Corporation Munirka (Ward No. 14) reportedly led a mob to R.K. Puram Sector IV and V.

13. Balwant Khokhar, Youth Congress-I Leader, Delhi, Identified as one of the persons responsible for instigating looting and arson in Palam Colony area.
14. Faiz Mohammad, Youth Congress-I Leader, Delhi, named by refugees in Shakurpur camp and in Mangolpuri for being a part of the mob indulging in looting, arson and murder.
15. Ratan, Youth Congress-I Leader, Delhi, named as having taken part in violence and looting in Palam Colony area.
16. Satbir Singh, Youth Congress-I. He allegedly brought bus loads of people from Ber Sarai to Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School (Munirka). They burnt school buses and parts of the school building. He was reportedly involved in looting and beating of Sikhs which carried on throughout the night on November 1.

Good or bad politicians, first we have to vote, shedding our apathy. Yes, we have very little choice. We have choose from a bunch of rotten apples. Slowly , one by one, we would have to implement reforms. Even if one does not want to vote for any candidate , there is an option called 49-0. pText of Rule 49-O 49-O. Elector deciding not to vote.-If an elector, after his electoral roll number has been duly entered in the register of voters in Form-17A and has put his signature or thumb impression thereon as required under sub-rule (1) of rule 49L, decided not to record his vote, a remark to this effect shall be made against the said entry in Form 17A by the presiding officer and the signature or thumb impression of the elector shall be obtained against such remark.
Does it really end the matter here? If the Sikhs are needed to be pacified, bring to book the culprits. The whole episode is a matter of shame for the whole nation, its political system, its administration and its judiciary. Withdrawal of the candidature of the two accused is not the solution. Other parties also who were in power in the intervening period cannot be absolved of their role in denial of justice. These same people from the BJP who are shedding crocodile tears on the issue actively participated in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.

Congress has removed because they fear they might not get sikh votes if they are allowed to continue. If congress was true party, they should have prosecuted Tytlor and Sajjan. Congress tried to wash off their hands from skih genocide but is stuck in their throat. Its an eye wash. Congress is root cause of all communal riots in India.
