The supporters had gathered outside a court in east Delhi where a case in which Tytler is an accused came up.
'I was manhandled and threatened by Jagdish Tytler's supporters who were present in the uniform of lawyers as well as other supporters in the court premises. They told me 'we will see you',' Phoolka told reporters outside the court premises.
After the court postponed the verdict, Phoolka came out to talk to mediapersons but had to rush inside the court premises as he was allegedly 'manhandled'.
He sought protection from police who escorted him out.

Did u hear the news today morning.... Dreaded criminal, 'PAPPU YADAV' who was banned from participating in elections this time around.... his mother is going to contest in elections in place of him.
Such open mockery of puplic outcry and judiciary. Isnt it all d GREAT INDIAN TAMASHA. We know per sure if his mother is elected, who will run the show. And the crime n the criminals will rule again..... !!

Do you know the party which gave him the ticket? Guess and see.This is called secular party by their supporters.
Now a days people wait till the court says that they are debarred from contesting an election. It is just like LBW but the batsman waits for third empire decision although he knows the fact of LBW. If CBI gives a clean chit, there is nothing unjustifiable than this. When a commission of inquiry headed by a sitting or retired Judge, how the findings of the commission could be wrong? Mr.Bhagat gone and the remaining two leaders who were very much present and did not do anything to stop the riots in which more than 3000 valuable lives were involved, why the proceeding could not be speeded up? Why the Govt. or the concerned agencies require so many decades to come to the conclusion that the duo are clean. Why Mr.Tytler did not object to the publications in news papers about CBI giving clean chit to them? Why all of a sudden he realizes that the CBI report submitted to Court is in sealed cover and how it can considered that he is cleared of the charges? if he is not sure about his clean chit why he should file nomination? The agencies which implement the Law should be above board and implement the provisions impartially. Even fro traffic violences top leaders or their kith and kin is not spared in other countries, but in India even small village/street level leader can violate anything. More over they can challenge the Govt. to arrest them for their violations if it can like Mr.Lalu Yadav.
Shame on the Indian constitution and the system that governs it.
The real architects of sikh riots on 1984 are Tytler, Sajjan Kumar & R.K. Anand. Thousands of innocent sikhs vr killed and women raped. All for what.... just to achieve political mileage. And what doz the govt., the parliament and the judiciary does??
Gives the real culprits a clean chit and that too after the case has been pursued for last 25 years. Such a giant delay and the outcome... SHAMEFUL. These politicians and the members of judiciary who are blinded by power and money.... all deserve shoes on their faces. They should all be hanged for delivering injustice.
