Dropping them from contesting is not sufficient. They should also be punished. As a first step, the CBI should withdraw the Report given to the SC. Fresh investigation, which must be time bound, must be conducted, to get to the truth.
Giving the candidature to Sajjan Kumar's son may be theoretically right. But, Congress must also look at the moral and ethical issue. Otherwise, it just becomes a mockery of the Democratic values. Of course that, for the Congress, is a tall order.

Nothing of this sort will happen as we have an intelligent HM who will ensure that none belonging to Congress is ever taken to task for any of their involvement in the Sikh riots of 1984 or any other criminal acts. Perhaps the earlier HM Mr Shivraj Patil would have acted more righteously.
Reasons 1. Sonia ji always prefers a loyalist, and knows that these guys were just carring out high command direction. It was not there fault. 2. Sajjan Kumar, Tytler, Makkan, are people who have amassed huge wealth during hay days and contibute sygnificantly to party funds. You know how Mp's amass wealth! 3. Congress still thinks that goon power is essential for politics, then have Manmohan Singh, instead have Tytler as PM? If ethics or honesty have been any consideration, Congress the party of Mahatma Gandhi should not touch these guys.
Sonia may decide the fate of Tytler and Sajjan as she has the power to do so. In the same way, she has the responsibility to cleanse the mistakes done by her late husband.
The Cong leaders are opportunists and third rate manipulators. No one can forget what Rajeev, shamelessly said whenthousands of sikhs were massacred across the nation

Godhra massacre was done by Hindus themselves, it is proved by experts, to start the genocide of muslims because of the fact that Hindu terrorits were well armed as soon as the news of train burning reached everywhere. It means that it was preplanned. Women and children were the first target in the massacre which is carefully taught to dangaai by the RSS/VHP.

it is not about who instigates violence. it is about the people who listen to them. u guys are taught violence from birth by showing beheading of goats etc in Id by ur fathers, and ur imams shouting on top of their voice during festivals etc, teaching u violence, thats to make u violent from childhood. at least dont do that to ur kids now. teach him compassion and respect to other religions. not that hindus dont have violent leaders. but atleast hindus have been brought up in nonviolent way so that majority of them can judge what is right.

well i do agree that these names u have mentioned have instigated hindus at some point causing riots but then Imam Bukhari, Geelani, and countless other mullahs have also instigated muslims causing riots so these people deserve captial punishment too. Do you agree?

Dont forget - 1slam is the religion of .... hahahahahha. Thatz all they are taught to believe, not the hard facts.
We have politicians who create regional and religious hatred to become politicians; politicians who oppose good projects like Tata Nano for political gains.As most voters in India are uneducated and under educated - they can be easily provoked by religious and regional hatred etc. Many politicians target such people to get their votes. Only very few of the educated who can judge the politicians, actually vote. Just criticising our political system and politicians is not going to bring a change. We can bring a change by voting for the right person and persuading/educating people around you to vote for the right person. Loksatta is the only party which has good principles and agenda and led by a very good statesman Dr.Jayapraksh Narayan (Former IAS). It is the only party which supports and opposes government based on policies instead of bluntly opposing government like other opposition parties. I request all of you to vote and encourage people around you to vote.
