Yes, I agree with you. In fact it should be done not only in UP that too when Mayawati is the CM , but should be done in all states and at the centre where all ministers and the PM also should be made to resign for impartial elections just like in Bangla Desh. See what has happened in Rajasthan. Entire set of MLAs of BSP has been attracted by Gahlot. It is sheer misuse of his position.
I have a doubt if frequent visits of Chawla to loo has something to do with his resemblence to Rahul and Priyanka...Just a doubt....Only Sonia can answer this........
EC shud do scanning, x-ray, forensic, blood tests, urine tests, ECG etc as part of its job. Just like they told the CD was geniune even without sending it to any experts.

I agree with Mr. Modi who written this comment, to my opinion, its only opinion and not against anyone, that the EC who ever it is should not be partisan or connected to some party or to someone in a party who has decision making authority or do run some charity kind who in turn receive funds from anyone-which I feel like getting favour, should be someone atleast like TN Seshan, who shown the value of EC to now a days EC's somewhat true to their jobs and should feel proud to be clean and straight, like Seshan, and should feel to have elections done in line accordance to the rules and regulations, should not have any grudges or any kind of feeling, should be like a deadbody, where no personal or any kind of feeling of a human to the contestants or to their party, its only my feeling and not anything against anyone particularly or I have anything personally towards anyone.
Will our Indian Citizen could decide, who should order us and like our Judges... the value, the person, and they should lead our nation or make people to lead our nation, who have guts to make things happen and not like someone who have no powers
The EC is not a forensic expert body to decide whether a particular CD is genuine or not.
Only forensic experts can decide on whether the CD containing Varun’s speech was genuine or not. It can only recommend action which can be decided by a court of law, if somebody files a case against him. The EC cannot discipline Varun Gandhi for his inflammatory speech as he still has not filed his nomination papers.
Hope the EC sticks to its rules and regulations rather than overstep its duties in the ensuing elections.

Why dont Varun prove the CD is fake. Why are they not proving it instead of whining? Now they say they stand by what was said. Hypocrisy?

Ok, you want him to say that the CD is original and then you all will hang him.
Varun Gandhi’s address in Pilbhit has become a full blown electoral war between the BJP and the Congress trading charges in which the Election Commission has been caught in the cross fire.
BJP general secretary Jaitley has said that the EC is biased in its view in not allowing Varun to contest. The Congress, which ignored the CEC’s recommendation to the President on Navin Chawla’s dismissal, built an impregnable defence, and named him as the next CEC in cynical disregard to his track record of proven bias for the party.
It cannot take a high moral ground now to defend the EC’s case. The controversy is now interestingly poised and is grist to the mill of the media Hope the EC sticks to its rules
EC should not have overstepped its limits if it has no authority to ask the party, not to field Varun, who spewed venomous remarks on a particular community wrongly, as a candidate. It is enough if the EC takes care of the enormous responsibility it has at hand for the ensuing elections. As the BJP has not fielded Varun yet, the maximum the EC could have done was, to ask him to show restraint when he spoke. After being exposed by his utterances, Varun could have been warned not to make such public statements.
The EC has no right to order a ban on Varun from contesting the polls. Hope the EC sticks to its rules and regulations rather than overstep its duties in the ensuing elections.

Present EC is an agent of Christian Italianooo Monarchy. They did what their masterss asked for.
The Chawla episode is took a curious turn with the Union law minister’s remark that Chawla is tipped to be the next CEC and this is like rubbing salt in the wound.
It is inconceivable that a person deemed to be unfit for an EC’s job because of his alleged partiality to a party in power, is suddenly found to be the most eligible candidate for the CEC by the ruling establishment. Is it not politics of the worst kind to derive political mileage during the forthcoming general elections by having a pliable CEC at the helm during the crucial period
It is a very piquant situation now with the controversy brewing in the EC. Should the Government decide to brazen it out, it will invite accusations of complicity.
The ruling party, the Congress, is the apparent gainer from Chawla’s alleged bias. Can it then be expected to hurt itself by agreeing to remove him? There are two possible routes out of this conundrum. First, the government can release Gopalaswami’s letter and place before the country his case against Chawla, and rebut that evidence. This will imply that the Centre doesn’t believe the CEC. The second option is more agreeable that Chawla steps down

The news of the UP government imposing the NSA on Varun Gandhi is really unfortunate. This use of power is tantamount to being a whimsical act by the state government.
It is nothing but political vendetta to weaken the influence of BJP in the state. All those who value democratic principles should vehemently oppose the selective use of such power. Nowadays, all political parties are up against some or the other party to get their hold in state politics

Varun ko faansi Afzal Guru Kasaab ko maafi
Kasab & Afzal guru are icons of secularism. Afzal have been saved by congress in this term. This is how they will flourish if the UPA is elected again. Afzal guru -> saved by congress from death penalty -> pardoned by President (pratibha patil) --> fight bye election on Congress ticket --> Into Lok Sabha Kasab --> saved by congress from death penalty -> given Indian citizenship --> Into Rajya sabha as congress member if that yardstick is applied entire moslem community living in india should be put in Jail under NSA got it? where is the place to put them? BTW: Varun Gandhi will be hanged by UPA to save India from Communal forces....Secularism unlimited..
