Not a single HOMEGROWN leader in past 4000-5000 years who could move the nation as one, all those who could moved India as one are Indians of foreign origins. For that matter none can claim to be compeltely local indians except for dravidans. The nearest I can think of are Mahatma Gandhi and Indira Gandhi. Rest of the leadership has always been marginal.

Ouch...if the majority gets hurt its hollow accusations, and when the minority gets hurt..there are documentaries, films, discussions...endless nonsense.
BTW I asked you a question below which you conveniently dodged. ;)

by Rajnish Singh on Apr 06, 2009 12:45 PM
This is very true. Somehow Indian public has to take charge of this oust this family from indian politics forever. If need dump congress.
The evil BJP never spares an oppurtunity to whistle blow and mudsling the rest and hence establish the LIE as truth. But the congress mistake was to appoint ambika soni as "culture minister" who by her own consideration has awarded classical status to rogue languages of age of kali like kannada. The congress should do away with her.

Sonia Gandhi fought her first election from two places, Bellary(Karanataka) and Rae Bareilly(UP). After winning, she left Bellary. This means she has honoured Karnataka by selecting Rae bareilly.

those who are fortunate enough to make it beyond these 'elite' professions, like that guy from Yahoo pune - Peerbhoy, we know where you will ultimately head.
People like Mulayam,Laloo,Mayawati etc r like dictators leading the party. In BJP also dictators like Modi and Bal Thakarai r using their followers for keeping their supremacy. We need non political PMs like Manmohan Singh. He is supposed to lead the Govt and implement the policies of his party. It is a wrong perception that PM means the one who can attract the mob by his charisma and speeches.May be Indira or Rajiv were able to do that. But now situation changed. We need highly educated, highly motivative leader who should be humle and secular.MMS is the right person for the post.
Re: Who is a weak or strong PM
by VASUDEVAN V on Apr 06, 2009 12:30 PM
If disrespect of PM is the disrespect of the nation, what were you and your UPA Ministers doing over the last 5 years? Were you and the Arjuna Sings, the Chidambarams, the Lalloos, the Anbumanis undermining the very power of the PM and the PMO? Then, how did it suddenly dawn on you that disrespecting the PM is disrespecting the nation? Who was pulling the PM's strings? The answer, even a kid will say, is 10 Janpath! Do you remember our late-ex-PM Narasimha Rao? Do you know why he is considered the most successful PM? Because he broke the strings of the dynasty and ruled boldly. MMS as Finance Minister in Narasimha Rao's Ministry was a great success. What did yourCongress do after Narasimha Rao's death? You insulted him in death? Was it not a disrespect to the nation? If you want to respect the PMO, make Pranabda the next PM, if UPA comes to power. He is your best man and will not allow other wily Congressmen (including you and Rahul) or UPA partners to undermine his power! Then we can say that a respected man is the PM. You have to command respect, not demand. MMS failed to command respect!

George,
Your MMS has recently said that "Muslims have the first right to use country's resources". Do you call still him Secular? What will happen to your Christian brotherhood if that happens? (No offense meant to your religion, mate..)
Re: Re: Who is a weak or strong PM
by Meenakshi Gupta on Apr 06, 2009 12:47 PM
Minorities, not Musl1ms, is what the Christ1ans are hoping for. And I think MMS also said minorities. But this is India where m1norities and Musl1ms are almost synonymous.

Population in Amethi is 12000.But Rahul won the election last time over a margine of 3 lakh votes.59% literacy is comparatively better in a normal village in UP.Even after 32 years of CPM rule Bangal was not able to give any progress to the working class and 14 out of the 18 districts r very poor.Slums r common there and the mimimum wages is very low comparing to other states. It is not easy to eradicate poverty all of a sudden and it is not fare to criticise Gandhi family for all the wrong things happened in our country.

He's providing us with valuable truth. 60 years is actually a lot less compared to 32 ;) And West Bengal is as big as Amethi.

You are proving that Congress is better than CPM? Gee, that's a vital theory you have proved.
West Bengal is a state. Amethi is a town. And WB will never be improved, they are too busy handling the overflow of Congress Vote Bank from Bangaldesh.

What I mean or U mean doesn't alter the truth. Most people recognize this but some refuse to accept that their vision is blurred and lay the blame on the object.
As Sonia Gandhi said that "Disrespect of PM is disrespect of nation". I would like to ask Sonia Gandhi that what she will say on "Disrespecting and cheating people on the Money and keeping common man's money in their own account that is Swiss Bank Account"???? Sonia Gandi and these Congressiss has put the common people money in the Swiss Bank adnthey are cheating us since last 50 Years... if we ask question that what they are doing to bring this money back to India? then they blame BJP that when they are in Power what they did... this congressissss Idiots don't know that BJP was in power for just 10-12 years but these people are in power for more than 40 years bcoz its been more than 60 years India became an independent nation. So these congressiss actually did nothing accept keeping our moeny in their own account in last 40 years. They have cheated us and now when people ask the wuestion they have started playing the blame game with BJP. This is a Shame for Sonia and Manmohan Singh (in case they feel). How can they be so cruel. They are not less than any other militant. They are just another "KASAB" for this nation in my knowledge. bcoz a good enemy is not much dangerous than a Bad friend. And these Congressiss have cheated us since 1947. In just one line"These are Shameless Idiot Creatures of God".

What is swiss bank business. Dont let yourself carried away by this BJP propaganda. This story is entirely unsubstenciated. You cant pass a jujgement based on one party's accusations. you know this. grow up.
Re: Re: Congress and Sonia is a Big fraud
by Lokesh S on Apr 06, 2009 12:45 PM
Vivek,
The willingness of Swiss Bank too disclose the names of the Acccount Holders (if there is a formal request by the Governments) has been in news and it has come in all the media (Printed/electronic).
Advani is willing to settle this matter by a possible request to the Swiss. It is Congress which is silent on this issue. Why do you think it is silent ?

Come on Mr.Vivek do not do yourself and country a disservice. What is wrong if we get to who owns the money in swiss accounts? Why are you scared ot for that matter congress. After all it is nothing but the plunderings of India!!!

Vivek Chandra... This story???? Unsubstantiated???? Wake up before its too late....Advani quoted from a Times of India report that appeared on May 21, 2008. Google it and see the report yourselves. BTW, this is substantiated by the LTG bank of Lichtenstein too. Wake up now.....

Vivek Chandra... One more thing. If this was a BJP propaganda, then what was Chidambaram doing last week saying that HE HAD ACTIONED ON THE ADVANI LETTER TO MMS IN MAY 2008????? Who is contradicting whom????
Re: Re: Re: Re: Congress and Sonia is a Big fraud
by Vivek Chandra on Apr 06, 2009 12:43 PM
Advani quoting this or TOI writing that does not make it a charge. If it can be proved then I dare advani or jetali to put them behind bars. after all this is our money. your money. This has never been proved in a court of law. When a law abiding citizen, like yourself, passes judgement which are not backed up by suffient proof, then this is called propaganda.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Congress and Sonia is a Big fraud
by Lokesh S on Apr 06, 2009 12:50 PM
Vivek,
Let the Govt make a formal request for the disclosure of accounts to Swiss Banks. (This is precisely what Advani is asking Govt to do). The report says that India's share of this money is about $1480 billion. When they make revelation, truth shall be out.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Congress and Sonia is a Big fraud
by Vivek Chandra on Apr 06, 2009 01:01 PM
Yes truth shall be out. The truth may not be very palatable to BJP itself. Why did not Advani make this request when he was in govt?

VIVEK...THIS IS WHAT THE TOI REPORT STATES, THAT THE INFORMATION ON THESE ACCOUNTS CAME UP ONLY IN 2008. Why cant you read first and then talk?
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Congress and Sonia is a Big fraud
by Jiggs on Apr 06, 2009 02:00 PM
Vivek Chandra... Have you lost it completely? Read the report first and then start to yap...Do you think me and you if we approach the banks they will dole out the info? Advani has played the role of the opposition by pointing this out twice to the GOI, it is upto the GOi to take it up now. What is hurting you more, that Advani exposed it to the people or Congress failed to act upon? DONT GO ON JUSTIFYING EVERYTHING WHAT THE CONGRESS SAYS. Read...the dammned report first and clear your mudded brains.

This is just not a story my dear. Even wikipedia team confirmed this that there are around 60 lakh crore in swiss banks against indian names. Provided u believe wikipedia, or that also junk for u. Obama took all US black money 4m there, and used in bailing out the current scenario in US. why not do same and help india grow. SOme party has to take initiative, and i dont thnk congress will do that. They have never opened their mouth on this issue yet. They are answering everything else except this.
