The NSA charge is not because of Varun's anti-Muslim speech but what happened when he surrendered. He had instigated a riot leading to public law and order situation. There was firing and clashes. This proves that Varun will do the same thing when he is out of jail. This is definitely cause for concern and Maywawati has done the right thing by slapping NSA on him. I am sure even courts will agree after seeing what happened in Pilibhit during his surrender.

An Indian citizen should not be booked for Rioting charging under NSA. That way NSA will loose its relevance.
The other IPC are more than enough to deal with.
Just to clear your mind, I am not blinded by any political party.

firstly, varun seems to have been framed by congress...and next thing is that whatever happened in philbit has happened after varun's suurender....so if any riot had happened, varun has got no role in it...coz he cannot control crowd after he surredered....
and Robinhood...u better wander in the seas...as ur name suggests...
what was UPA doing in last 5 yrs supporting terrorism ??..dint it lead to law and order problem ??...so whole UPA must be booked under NSA..coz the behaviour of UPA had been a threat to the security of india...

Mayabehen assumed power only because of the so called 'manuwadis'. The rest of her vote bank (who cannot think for themselves, due to their past) will always be there for her, and she knows it. Earlier it was the BJP who made her the CM. And now she had to change BSP to SSP with Brahmins in tow. We need to solve the issues, and not 'teach lessons'. Nobody can win that way.

Better you educate yourself about Manu. A little knowledge is dangerous. I Read Manu smriti. First thing it says "These are now laws forever, it can be changed according to need and circumstances". It beautifully led out some formulas, and duties of a king how he/she should rule.
One amazing book and 90% of this book still useful for everyone.

JP did not die after Emergency. He was declared dead in Parliament by the smae Janata party which he helped found. And saw it splintered with the worst infighting after getting power which they had not seen earlier
