Know about the 49'O option having with us to form India Government It says :
"In a particular constituency, if a voter has dislike to all of the candidates competing there, Then he can show his dislike to all of them by registering for 49'O.
Steps for doing this :
1. While registering the name by the time of voting, convey the booth officials that "I want to go for 49'O". 2. Register your signature in the 49'O form available there. Done.
Now, if the number of 49'O count is larger than that of the winning candidates total vote count, then a re-election is called there. More than all, the shameful fact is, This 49'O is available ever since 1960, but it is in no way conveyed to the people. Neither the government communicate this, nor did the election commission. As long as the people are unaware of this one, the political parties are enjoying by winning the election and ditching our country. To stop this disaster to continue further, we don't need to take a sword and fight against the government. Just help every citizen to know that they have such a powerful weapon which can be used for ensuring their welfare. None of the media will be ready to publish this 4

A great many thanks....for enlightening me...i never knew such a system existed.. U r right...no one wants..including the so called one of the pillars of democracy...is MEDIA... Most Damaging is The election Commission is guilty of gross negligence..in not informing the gullible Voters.. I think a SLP in Supreme court against the Election commission is nescessary..to save Democracy.... Regards Ganesh
Let us understand the basic difference in organization of CPM vs. Trinamool Congress (TMC). CPIM has a strong disciplined organization. Any amount of revolt (good or bad) is not tolerated. Revolts are killed gradually. At the end, one voice emerges. Politics for them is a 365-daysx24 hour business. They do politics everywhere. They have politicized every organizations govt or non-govt. as a result people are bound to come to them for any requirement be it settlement of family disputes, hospitalizing the family members, admission to schools, Q in burning Ghats! If you agree to their line, you are safe. If you disagree, you are in trouble. Now the question is, in case of disagreement you need somebodys support. This somebody is missing. Neither Cong nor TMC lend their helping hand that is required 365 days in a year for round the year problems. Cong and TMC are available only one month before election! The other effective tactics followed by CPM is giving concession to opponent party leaders. Few Cong leaders win election with tacit support from CPIM. Their wards get admission to good schools -courtesy CPM. However, for common cadres of opposition there is no room for CPMs generosity. Mamata is personally honest. However, her hands are useless. TMC leaders have to protect their cadres from CPM tyranny! This is not done. In general, law and order situation in WB is OK and better than many states-but not the best of course. People of WB elected Mamata to centre to do some work as minister. However, this crazy woman resigned from ministry leaving peoples aspiration in dustbin. How can people then trust her again that she will not leave the power? At the end, Cong is solid in centre with support from left. Why should they allow CPM to lose in WB? Then CPM support will go. A kid in WB understands this basic politics.
