Now, with the resolution (seemingly) of the Jharkhand impasse, I am eagerly looking forward for the UPA's feat in the Bihar Circus. I really hope UPA acts responsibly atleast in Bihar, because Lalu is not expected to. For a few months, did the UPA behave rationally and people felt may be the change in Govt at Center was for the good, but i guess with the kind of needless ruckus the center is creating, they will soon be losing the faith people have shown in them.
