Court have given the good decision and our country's MP and MLA's should appreciate the court insted of raising the issue that who is suprem. Right judgement comes from any corner of the world should be appreciated. It is very surprising to see that our MP and MLA were discussing the issue that who is supreme, instead of discussing the mistakes and improving it. This clearly shows immorality of our so called leaders majority of whome are not only creaminals but egoistic and charactorless.
Definitely it is a victory of democracy and the swearing-i of Mr, Munda will see to it that the judiciary doesnot clash with the legislature, atleast for the time being. But one feels the congress has done this as a face saving measure, and to rebuild its confidence among the democratic people of India. The congress has played an ace here. If the NDA manages to prove its majority, thenit stands re-elected. If not, the state could go into a President's rule. In any case, the congress would safely move out of the crisis. What started as a shameless attack on democracy is likely to end as it should have before. Good to see that sense has prevailed over Mr. Manmohan Singh, and irrespective of the outcome, it feels good to be democratic again.
