Jhar-khand will be remeber as one of the khand of the congress ruling under the able leadership of Mrs. Sonia Ghandhi, inc. It seems all the politician has lost faith in the political system and they are well aware of the fact that how corrupt is the political system is (though in front of camera they will say 'it is clean'), thats why they are approaching Judiciary day-night to help them. In such hrs of trial, the Indian courts have always stood as the strongest pillors of our democratic system and issued necessary correction to save the society.We must always ensure that our legal system should never be brought under Lok pal by these leaders.
This is highly welcome decision of SC otherwise it would had set very bad precedance for future. There was no meaning in inviting UPA by the Governor to form the Govt. in Jharkhand. Here I would like to convey Shri Laloo Prasad yadav, who has suoght for an instant where single party majority (RJD) was not called to form the Govt. in Bihar.(as per shri Yadav's personal interview on your channel). This instant was not far away, but in near by Jharkhand. Why he shuold gorget it.
Supreme Court directive to test the strength on the floor on 11th March is a slap to the Guv Sibte Rizvi for his controversial decision which had been committed by him in the past. This is a welcome judgement but Centre Government should learn the lesson that Supreme Court has to play its role when the Centre fails to save the democracy in the country. But despite the power hungry Congress will try its best to play the game of Jharkhand in its favor. Let the finger cross till the curtain is pulled down finally on this episode.
The Jharkhand Govt. which was sworn with malafied intentions of the Congress, should outrightly be dismissed without giving any scope for monuverability/ horse trading or for proving majority on the floor of the house; and that too under the circumstances when the President has witnessed the majority of NDA. The Nomination of Anglo Indian member nominated by the Cong backed Govt. in Jharkhand should not be accepted neither by the Governor nor by the SC since the nomination is with malafied intention.It is an opportunity for Congress to come clean, otherwise the ghost of misdeed will follow the party for a long time.
