It's castism at its worst to blame the present pathetic condition of Bihar to the rulers of the State for the past 15 years . The declined and fall of the State started since 1970s or before when the State was ruled by people having surname of Mishra and or their ilk. I remembered an article in erstwhile "The Illustrated Weekly of India" magazine in 1970s heading "MLAs in Bihar should be non-Biharis" for obvious reasons. The malaise was started in that era to reach the present level. Laloo is a bye-product of the melting pot called Bihar. He is not, by any means, the root cause. So, let's look things in its true perspective to reach the correct diagnosis. If Gill is appointed as Governor's Advisor, it'll be a good start and he should be given full freedom to use his physician's knife. But, it should be remembered that all civil servants in the State are the product of that stinking system. It may not be easy to teach them new tricks. Good luck, Buta Singh.
President rule will no doubt bring peace for sometime in bihar but it is not a permanent solution. Under president rule life becomes difficult. It is very easy to talk of president rule but to suffer is not that easy my friends!
It would be better to utilize the services of KPS Gill as advisor in Bihar than the President of Indian Hockey Federation where he can prove his mattle in the criminal state. skj
This is next best thing happened to bihar since the birfurcation of bengal residency. This also reminds us.services of able and upright officers are remembered and required even in the caste driven bihari society
Bihar must be cleaned up in 6 months of President's rule.If possible appoint KPS Gill as DGP .Service rules shouldn't prevent Gill from becoming DGP as the task is extraordinary.
Security, Education, Health Care, Development, and many more.
In my opinion Mr. Gill would be the most suitable person to take over as Governor of Bihar so that after some period of time when people are secured from kidnappings and killings, they will get education and dedicate themselves towards the development of this state in all sphares.
