The present situation in the Bihar the Prez Rule is the good option but as per my openion the emergency rule in Bihar is the best for the people of Bihar because i also belong to Muzaffarpur and I know very well the position and situation of Bihar.

I do not know how serious they would be about improving the situation in Bihar, given that Bihar doesn't give a damn about the congress. Gill's name is raising hopes but let's see.
The President's rule in Bihar is a welcome blessing in disguise.If there was any state in India that needed an urgent revamp, it was Bihar.I am extremely optimistic with the appointment of advisors like Mr Dubey and KPS Gill, we would see a new face of Bihar in the years to come.
This is what should happened to Bihar year's ago. It was Laloo who presumed himself to be the king of Bihar. There is no law and order exist in Bihar.What i feel is that now the Military should take the charge of Bihar and get the law and order onto track and also the central Gove should see to it in the future that monkey like Laloo should not come into Power again. Provide Education to the people of bihar so that they can choose right candidate in the power. I can see that bihar is the worst state in India. The people are poor,uneducated,insensible.The political parties are taking due advantage of their illiteracy.This si ridiculous. Dear sir, Implementing President's rule in a state is very simple and it can be done within seconds as far as India is concerned. But who will think about the crores of money spent on the elections, since it is affecting the country's economy growth itself. The media says the Bihar situation will even de-stabilize the government at the centre which will create more problems. Will the President or the Prime Minister or the people or the idiotic politicians think about it ?
