The police have become the hit-men of politicians - the mafia with legal authority, to intimidate anyone into submission or face bogus charges and even deadly "encounters". Every governemnt in this wretched land seem to be run by criminals.
First evaluate the situation and create confusion.
Then provoke the opposition by doing something absolutely wrong that would easily attract strong protests from all quarters.
Then bring Rashtrapati Shaashan as a solution !!!!
This is governance through proxy super-imposed upon the democratic methodology of adult franchise.
By this christmas, we wont be surprised if we have Rashtrapati Shaashan in more than half a dozen states of India, including perhaps Gujarat and Tamilnadu.
