What is end result of Bihar elections? waste of money,time and manpower. Jharkhand -Goa is the same story. Is 'boycot of the elections' only solution? This is dangerious state of affairs.
I dont know why Bihars outgoing assembly is dissolved becomes headline. It is misleading headline. One wonders if the newly elected assembly is dissolved with this headline. I remember & recall that rediff.com killed the late leader Murasoli maran much before he actually died.
