Sir, I think its a good decision, but whether it will change the current abnormal situation in Bihar??. Any we have a very good president and we will wait and see whether the fate of Bihar will change??? towards the dream lights or...... The change in Bihar will help our country to be a developed nation by 2020 - I hope.
if we are thinking that we have got a coool alternative in imposing prez rule then you are wrong. We have to pay for this anyday because it has opened another extravaganja of election within 6 months. now pay from your. pocket.
Deaer sir, i welcome the decision of the President to impoae President's rule in Bihar. this is the only solution to the uncertainity in the political situation of Bihar. When Mr paswan has a taken a decion not to join hands with RJD and BJP, a popular governemnt is almost impossible and fresh election s the only solution. so apresidnt's rule is to be imposed, otherswise the Rabri governemnt will manipulate the popular mandate there.
