Its clear that Congress or RJD should be kept out of the new govt, if we really want to improve bihar's situation. These 2 parties made sure to keep behar under-developed & away from any progress in for thier own personal intrest. If not President rule is the best option, or I would say President rule with part Military rule to remove Gundaism from Bihar
It is very unfortunate for Bihar that a person like Lalu exist there ... more so fighting elections after elections on caste and what i call as selective secularism (only supporting muslims is his secularism) he still lives on.
RJD stakes is against the Verdict of People. Its clear for anyone that BJP+JD(U) is the single largest prepoll allience. So first chance should go to them. Later on if no body with numbers then President Rule and care taker should be BJP+JD(U)
So Anything is possible.. Bihar = JUNGLE Madam only motto RULE ONLY RULE whether MURDER OF DEMOCRACY..

What do you mean by "nukkad wala mochi"? Are you demeaning him because he is a mochi? Are you implying a Mochi can not be a Chief Minister? Chankya was a great diplomat. Pl watch what you write.I have read some very logical letters from Chanakya Ji.Just be careful, sir/madam ! Iam not a mochi by the way.But I would not degrade any human being even if they were as low as any affiliate of BJP.
