The BJP is crying foul. Governor S. S. H. Razi is fully justified in inviting Soren to form government. He has met both the paties and independent MLAs and interviewed them. He had fully satisfied himself before inviting to form government. BJP is terrorising the governor because he is a Muslim. The actual battle has already shifued to the floor of the house where BJP should prove that it manages the required number. Also summoning the Presidet and blocking Parliament Proceeding is completely uncalled for. BJP has wasted President's precious time in the drama and disregarded the Parliament too. BJP should be declared an anti national party. The lebel that it is communal and anti-minority is not sufficient. Why the BJP was not crying foul on governor Bhandari for not giving a report on the law and order situation when the whole world was crying foul in Gujarat in 2002?
It is not a matter of time given to the JMM to prove its majority. With this verdict, the entire issue has been tried to be diverted. The main issue is that the JMM should not have been invited to form a government at all. NDA has proved, after parad of its 41 MLA in front of the President, that it has the majority and the Governor should have called the NDA first to form a government.
If the JMM government is not dismissed with the immediate effect, it is a danger that in future too this kind of incidents may happen where the Single largest pre-poll alliance would not be called to form a government but the governor might ask its "favourite" party to form a government.
