Jharkhand Governor's role was a sacrilege of a constitutional position of that stature. What is more worrisome is this might act as a precedent for many such similar incidents in the future. That might jeopardise the very fundamentals of our democracy.
We all hope that justice prevails and the legitimate political party is allowed to run the Government in Jharkhand.
The poltical party mainly congress should respect the mandate of people in jharkhand, where the congress and JMM were rejected evethough NDA did not get the clear majority but the mood of people can be read by the seats they have won. This is what democracy mean otherwise it will be dictatorship. Same is the case in Bihar where mood of the people is anti Laloo,but again congress is trying to defy the beleif of people, then what for we vote and what is the minning of democracy
dear all, this is pure case of congress's dirty politics. look at the esteemed president dr. kalam, at least he has to have some hold on his fleet of governers and of cource democracy. this is absolutely nonsence
