Murder of democracy and mockery of people's voice
by Sham Kumar on Mar 03, 2005 10:29 PM

This shows the true character of our oldest political party Congress which is asking for votes for secular govt.
We spit on such secularism in which even the President;s nominee is also involved

First its Goa now Jharkhand also Punjab(Ajnala)has its way and now the way it is progressing I'm sure Bihar will go this way only

What happens if governor is found guilty partisian bahaviour
by himanshu johri on Mar 03, 2005 10:20 PM

If the Jharkhand governor is found guilty if favouring a perticular party will there be any punishment meted out to him . In that case he has clearly not followed the constitution & should therefore get some punishment that is meted out to criminals who break the law of land.

Stop these kind of consequences in future
by Balamurali on Mar 03, 2005 09:51 PM

Massacre of Democracy is evident on the Governors act. It seems that the central Government is supportive for this unfair incident. Only Presidents reaction can bring justice now. Hope for the same and there should strict rules be enforced to avoid similar happenings in the future.

Development in Jharkhand.
by K Sera on Mar 03, 2005 09:38 PM

Under prevailing situation in Jharkhand, the President of India should take independent decision to recall the Governor OR to over rule Governor's decision to uphold democracy.

governer's behaviour
by chirag shah on Mar 03, 2005 09:17 PM

I find that if president found that, the governer of zarkhand made wrong decision or favour specific persons. Then he should be resign for his post. That's the only good option in democracy.

There are always a mal practice after delection complete and try to purchase or hacke MLAs for form a government.

I think now a time for election commision that, before the election, he hv to take written, that which party they r going to support in future. They cannot change their decision till 1 year after the election is over. Full party can move but some part or individual cannot be move from one party to another for specific their own personal benefits.

ALL MLAS SHOULD BE MINIMUM GREDUATION.
