No politician is ready for any referendum on any public issue. These issues can help others to poke their nose into the country and help the dissidends. Ours is the only country where politicians in the minority as a party, rule over 1 billion Indians from last 15 years.The number of seats should depend on the percentage of votes cast. Many of the issues like globalization, privatisation and demolition of slums where the children who come from the schools find their certificates and schoolbooks being destroyed needs public opinion. These ill treatments will be breeding many terrorists within who will take a grudge.Now a small scuffle in a public place leads to death and destruction of property. A typical ordinary street roaming citizen says 'Sub Chor hai' which is aptly correct. He may be stealing to enjo movies and visit beer bars but others would rob to purchase cadillacs.Each one knows that nothing is going to happen even with the highest number of law graduates in the world. They can be teach the people what is right & wrong. 'What matters whether one flies or crawls? The end is the same; all will lie on this earth all to dust will return. By inviting shibu soren to be the chief minister of jharkhand the governor has shown the partisian attitude which could easily have been avoided. There can be no clear logic behind inviting a combine having lesser number of seats & by giving a time long enough for horse trading he has virtually ensured another murder of democracy.
Its a literal mockery of the constitution & procedures. All these incidents reinds us about the action during the EMERGENCY. Well even those incidents were better off. HAIL SONIA. HAIL CONGRESS.

I cant see there are litrate people like some out there and Arun Jaitly who cant understand constitution. So if they lost lok sabha election and all governers they had appt. resigned. Now if the goverment is formed there is the most imp thing pending and thats the vote of confidence. If the appointed goverment cant prove it the lets talk about it. So pls says cheers to all . Jiski lathi uski bhains! anyway, what's the bjp complaining for? after doing all they did with their RSS gubernatorial appointees in UP, Bihar, Himachal, Gujrat, MP, etc etc or with their speakers in UP, Goa and other places, they hardly have the moral right to complain! and how come they forgot that the Congress has the patent on aya ram gaya ram politics and on using constitutional bodies to further political ends. does the bjp think it can best congress at this game? nah! the bjp is more incompetent than the congress while also carrying the albatross of a dangerous ideology and a pro-rich agenda...
