I strongly believe that instead of meeting the Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, the NDA leaders should have taken up the issue with his boss, Sonia the Great as even a kid knows that like the President of India, our current Prime Minister too is only a Rubber Stamp with remote control at the hands of the great great Sonia Gandhi, UPA Chairperson. Just waste of time and energy for NDA group.
Formation of democratical government depends upon the strength of the elected members. In my view, His Excellency, the Governor of Jharkhand Should give the change to form the Government to those party or alliance who carry maximum strength as per spirit of our Constitution.
The act of Jharkhands's Governor is non less than blatant crucification of democracy. If Institution of Governor's office continues to behave in this partisan manner ,days are not far behind when office of Governer becomes party office of the ruling party in center. The Governer must be called immeditely back and Criminal proceedings against him should be started against him.
In Indian polity now we need third umpire short of arrangement. Let their be open policy who will be called first and failing to which who else will be getting chance. Governer role is being more and more dubious now a day specially when he comes from political background. Let us save Democracy.
I feel Indian Democracy means something other then - a govt. of the people, for the people and by the people. Though it is said written constitution, but I personnelly feel sometimes those who hold the power/authority defines the meaning of the particular subject in his/her own favourable way. So, I confused for justification in any matter or hopeless to for any help. But, this nature of thing is not good for future geberation because it is going wild
