A party with less than 10 MLAs getting the chief-ministership in a 230 member assembly is ridiculous.The congress wont mind because they are a power-hungry bunch.Their over-arching ambitions and overconfidence is responsible for the fractured verdict.Sonia Gandhi should take responsiblity of the congress's pathetic results.She got all the credit for the success in the LokSabha elections.And Paswan has become the latest addition to the long list of sycophants of Sonia Gandhi by offering the chief-ministership to the congress.
I completely agree with the viewpoint that president's rule should be imposed in bihar due to following reasons;
1. Mandate of people is clearly against RJD goverment but its not perceptibly in favour of any other coalition. 2. Any goverment formation wudn't be possible without manipulations/horse trading. It won't be possibe without all sort of compromises, which will enable a free entry of all the criminals who have won election in bihar. 3. New gov. will be totally unstable. Any improvement in bihar can't be made by a unstable and compromising goverment. 4. With president rule, at least some improvement in law & order situation in bihar can be expected , since police will be to some extent freed from the jaws of a totally corrupt and criminal friendly RJd goverment which has taken bihar at least 15 years back. 5.it will serve as a big setback to an arrogant Person like Lalu yadav, who has made bihar a place where no one wwants to go
bihar was one of best state in India during Indiara Gandhi Era , Now look at the condition of Bihar - So better let president rule this wonderfull state and make the public more educate and gave good roads electricity and hospitals hARIDAS
I completely agree with Paswan that President rule should be imposed in Bihar at least for few years, because -
1] Bihar's public needs change 2] Forming government with help of Lalu will be against mandate given by Bihars pubic. Though this is a fractured mandate but it is against Lalu. 3] Now time has come that all those things should be given to bihar or Bihars public what they deserve, like - Good infrastructure, Education and Health.
I agree there should be president rule in BIHAR. But First NDA needs to be called to form the goverment and then if they can not win the majority in the house, it needs to be disolved and that government should act as caretaker for Bihar and >>>Next more FARE election needs to be conducted SO people from RJD and LJP should not come. After that "MAY BE GOD MAY HELP BIHAR". AS such any improvement for bihar is impossible task for GOD also.

Paswan wants to show that he is a very principled person, he is secular, blah blah....If President's rule is imposed he would be happy because it is only UPA Rule now.
