Secular Shahabuddin is now free on order of Rabri Devi to manage legislators in the case of a hung Assembly. Shahbuddin, who is now in Delhi apparently to attend the budget session of Parliament, has said he would go to any extent to ensure that a government led by the RJD comes to office in Bihar. He has also filed a writ in the HC challenging District Magistrate C K Anil's order debarring him from entering Siwan district for six months.
Sadhu Yadav challenges validity of externment order passed by District Magistrate K K Pathak asking him to stay out of Gopalganj from February 21 morning till the night of February 27.
This is unjust comment when matter is pending in the court. Lok Sabha Speaker termed as "unfortunate" the externment of four MPs from their respective constituencies in Bihar during the assembly polls. To marrow he will say that sending jail to the MPs on order of a court is also undemocratic.
The Speaker said: "Who is a criminal and who is not? Are the Naxalites criminals?"
