Hi, This assembly (2005)is hung in Bihar. No party got majority, people denied to give clear mandate to any political party. Then no body can cliam that this mandate is against to the secular party or for the secular party. And if LJP support any party either NDA or RJD alliance then wrong message will go to the people because LJP won 30 seats only because of criticising RJD government. And congress doesnt have enough MLAs to play any signifaicant role in formation of Bihar government. Although it is not ggod for democracy to impose president rule but if we get 50% by just loosing 10% then we should prefer to go for it. It may spark in Bihar politics like one single thing in Patna College changed indian politics during LokNayak Jay Prakash.
