In democracy change should be there. if there is a change in Govt. there is a chance for development under different sectors and for different projects. there will be a chance to go for a corruption cases which was more in Bihar that to in RJD GOVT.

politics is a dark world.there are no saints here.question is what is the voter looking for.is it social respect or some modicum of development.the latterof course fattens the already rich in present form of planning.jug
Three terms or 15 years are more than sufficient for any party to develop a state. That too when lalu was supreme in his state. vertually it was a one man show.. No opposition or challenge to his supremacy, that was the clear reason why he could install his wife as chief minister before being arrested . Corruption eclipses administration. Without clean administration and dicipline you cannot bring progress to the satate. That is the case with all the states. CPM combine is ruling west bengal for the past 25 years. They do not want to change their policies or correct the mistakes. result same, but differnt from Bihar.
Left paty came to power in Kerala with a promise of land reforms. Tillers of land became land lords and landlords became poorer. They wanted to ensure that nobody is keeping more than 10 acres of land. Even after 40 years there are big land lords. Because of educated and hard working people , and foreign remittance Kerala is surviving.. HERE coalition and adamend policies are not allowing progress.
Imagine a cattle rearing person from backward region of Bihar who became CM of Bihar and ruled not only Bihar state but also is the favourite of favourite politician among the general public in entire india nation. Having interest towards public service work and destiny luck coupled with Bihar masses love and affection, this oridnary charismatic person has grown up so much so that Bihar state is known after him. When we talk about lawlessness, security, development, unemployment ,human development, this issues rarely matters in Bihar state, as these issues get folded up in cosmetic debatable issues. When there are so much political opponents,of Lalu in Bihar and in the Central, how can he concentrate work on the way of complete development. In pursuit of power grabbing, the local anti lalu politician and Lalu himself are in the dragon net of befooling the people in name of good governance and the masses too are responding to lalu yadav as they feel that he is the messiah of the downtrodden.
