Haryana in fact is a very good state with or without Mr. O.P Chautala.And about Gurgaon becoming an IT hub there hardly is any contribution by the administration.The city has good connectivity ,proximity to Delhi and some other good qualities.And if in any way it was for the administration to develop Gurgaon then not only the new Gurgaon but also the old Gurgaon would have been that developed.There would have been no power cuts the city has been suffeing whole of the summers.Plus there would have been better drinking water facilities. If it was for administration the roads in Gurgaon would have been better.The filth wouldn't have been flowing out of gutters here and there.There would not have been the amount of land and air pollution as much is there.Policemen wont harras the people for money or a 'bidi bundle'. If and only if it was for the adminstration.MNCs have their own reasons to show interest in Gurgaon and the city is developing because of the people and not the administrators or politicians!
