It is heartening to know that Sharad Pawar sticks to his wish of taking over the reins of the state,eventhough his party didnot fare any better than congress in the recently concluded elections.He should not forget the fact that the elections were fought under seat-sharing business and in that he extracted more-winnable seats at the mercy of Sonia in order to keep out=of reach the power for bjp and that really shows the magnanimity of Sonia who also gave away generously some of their strong-pockets to their allys.This only resulted in lesser no.of seats at the end in congress tally,lest congress would have been in the position of dictating terms.Even then she might not have imposed her decision on other parties because she always wanted to respect others,sacrificing as and when needed to all to the extent possible.It is high time ncp should accept the decision of Sonia and share the power to run the ministry smoothly otherwise the opposition might try to fish in troubled waters to gain something unrealistic really.
