You don't need an analyst to tell that Congress is facing definite incumbuncy factor -and alongwith "Rebel Factor" it is going to harm DF Govt. But Sena/BJP wont form the govt so easily as they have their own set of issues. I think whoever wins Independents and Few BSP MLA's on their side will form the government.
