It is really amazing that how a person like Mohammad Afroz with such background is transformed into a lovable person. It is only possible if one takes a spiritual path. He was completely transformed due to the fact that he has taken ART OF LIVING COURSE taught by the teacher at Mumbai in Byculla Central Jail. In his own words Afroz had said on April 7, 2002 that "Earlier I was very confused and disturbed. My sleep was also disturbed. But after doing AOL basic course, I feel light and settled and sleep calmly. I feel like I have wings. I realised that the ultimate power is not by spreading terrorism, but destroying terrism with love, peace, seva and meditation."
