While congratulating you on your first day of Prime ministership of this largest democracy, let me also inform you on the importance of suitability of various executives at different levels of Government and semi Governmental organisations! Performances of substantial strength of this category of officers is very much below quality! Only performance and not their academic qualifications can render desired results upon which the lives of this country depend! It is in this light unsuitables will have to be replaced at once by suitable modifications of relevant service rules! Such non-performance precipitates inefficiency and warrants privatisation, which is nothing but same wine in new bottle! Such non-performance too is responsible for piling up of litigations in various courts as the executives fail to effectively dispose some of the issues that are within their respective jurisdictions, due to lack of accountability! Imposing of accountability will ease out on judicial side too by preventing unnecessary piling up of legal cases in courts! Stringent actions in these areas will produce results that will be perceptible by the people of this country by ways of much reliefs!
