The treasury bench and opposition should conduct themselves with utter responsibility to the nation and prove their worthiness by rising above party politics to jointly deliver all that to relieve the people in distress such as starvation due to poverty, water scarcity, scarcity of necessary accommodation, unemployment, absence of cultured education to change and elevate people's outlook and attitude to value life! These some of the immediate and urgent needs of the hour that have to be rendered utmost priority in a constructive and co-ordinated manner without wasting even a single moment as every moment is most valued in the context of the grave field reality! It is only the actual rise of living conditions of the people that will estimate the performance of the politicians of which ever party they belong to! All politicians should well bare in mind that the intention of the people's mandate is this that they have to be better in their living conditions immediately and not any other issue! Strictly people oriented with only people welfare in mind that need fast transactions are anticipated from our parliamentarians by conducting themselves in a decent manner!
Democracy is a luxury to developing countries like India as the system is most inefficient, not only holds but drags back progress significantly! So perhaps, late Subhash C. Bose recommended Good Dictatorship for first 10 yrs after Indian Independence in his book, Indian Struggle written from Japan! Secret franchising is not at all suitable for our country with about 80% of its total population so ignorant that a large chunk of this is unable to understand even politics relating to Indian conditions, due to which the presiding officers had to assist them in polling, perhaps in deciding the candidate too! Many not even visit polling stations due to their ignorance on politics and procedures of polling etc., Others who visit due to various compelling reasons poll for some one whose assessment is beyond reach of their normal wisdom! Some tainted persons thus get elected in some constituencies! Till such 80% develop their understanding capacity of Indian politics, perhaps, various parties should never allot tickets to tainted persons! People in the field know who is really tainted! If by chance elected, they should never be given any ministerial berths till they are cleared in cases! This is very essential as such people may perhaps act to retard desired results, which we cannot afford to as this may add up slowing to already slow democracy!

Now it is the Ministers even if they are sluggish ,should not be hurtle to the programm implementation with self oriented , They should c that their dept./Minitry do well without corrupt ,it I feel doest not require great experiance Mr. Maran like can do better , if they are realy concerned about their dept. Let time can show more things,I feel it will be still better constituent assembly if shri Somnathji accepts the speaker sheat. Heaving seen all the One week deveploments ,Soniaji have not just stated,proved that she is more than an Indian women in Politics of India with her moral values attitude in dealing with the situations.
