Dr Joshi may not possess the charisma and appeal of Atalji or Advaniji. But there are several other facets of his personality that the press ignores for some inscrutable reason. His erudition, razor-sharp intellect, forthrightness and unimpeachable integrity- just to name a few.
His grasp of the issues on hand is so complete, he brooks no nonsense, no matter where it comes from! And that's what has made him very unpopular with the journalists who have always smeared him with a blac brush.
He is very versatile and an authority on not only physics but a score of other subjects like world history, economics.
He may be ambitious but a real leadership material.
I appreciated the use of the nomenclature "Dr Know" in the article. But I could not understand how "No Minister" came to be used. Even more baffling was the subtitle "Dr No".
In present political scenario we cannot completely isolate the good and bad rather we need to select those leaders who are more positive minded. Dr. Joshi is one of them. An educated team of leaders are always better choice bacuase now we are in phase of turning from developing to developed nation. It cannot be achieved with those stunt artistic politicians whichever party they belong too.
