Interesting. How about the cubicle, stationery and other office expenses that are borned by the hiring corporate itself? How about the free lunch/dinner offered to the management associate during the extended hours work? How about "corporate gift coupons" once/twice a year? How about the air fare bourned by corporate (may/maynot be chargeable to the client) on each official trips? Do these come under the 7 Lakh tag?
My point is not a counter attack or something. Such things do not take one to anywhere. And ofcourse the inclusion of constituency development fund in the perks list is not in good taste.
