A vision can't be called a VISION if it hints of attacking somebody's personality. Vision basically talks of where we want to be in future, the perfect / ideal state of affairs. There could be multiple means to achieve that. Thus can one call the BJP vision document a true vision document? Not at all; it is rather a portrayal of ones lack of it.
