It was indeed pleasant to read about MR.Khosa announcing his candidatute for the elections. Tt seems he is on his way to set an example for the people of our community to shun fear and exercise our rights which for some reasons we have lost count of.... Don't worry Sir we all are with you!!!!!!
Great courage demonstrated which should be supported by every Kashmiri pandit .We should appeal to all umbrella oraganisations to come forward and unite all Kashmiri pandit in this move to show that unitedly we can acheive our goals and show the world and Kashmiri brothers that we are one like them and as they have been misguided so far same is the case for us also by these so called national Parties working for themselves and themseves only.
We all pandits should rise above our ego and vote for Mr. Khosa who can do something (if elected) in getting our kashmiriyat back. I wish him all the best of luck. We all pandits should be united in these difficult times and help each other. Jatinder
Yes, it is a very courageous and heartening story.But it hasn't received anywhere near the attention it deserves from the national and international media. Here's a community that has been displaced from its homeland, and has indulged in absolutely no violence. And along comes an individual willing to brave threats and bullets to contest an election that militants will alomost certainly try to disrupt. All the best to Mr.Khosa!
Hurrey! Three Cheers for Shri Khosa! This is what is needed from sizable Kashmiri Pandits. Not only various Kashmiri pandit organisations should come forward, as a matter of fact, first of all like minded Muslim counter part Kashmiris, should provide whole hearted support to shri Khosa. Then the support and encouragement should definitely come from both State and Central Govts. for such a daring and meaningful step for restoring and maintaining the true Kashmiriyat. I congratulate shri Khosa for deciding to contest election from Srinagar constituency. My good wishes are with him! His decleration of the decision of contesting the election by itself is huge convasing for him! If Kashmiri Muslim counter part really want to restore the true paradise in kashmir soon, they should bring out shri Khosa victorious by astonishing margin. In view of present trend of Indo Pak improving relations, Hurriat&Advani on going dialogue and wish of Kashmiris (Muslims) to live peacefully and in communal harmony, as in pre-millitancy period, I have no doubt what so ever that Shri Khosa shall get a chance to establish himself as a bold leader responsible to turn Kashmir back to what it was.
